Jackie Justis (Halle Berry) is an integrated fighter, but she dishonorably dropped out of the sport. In the years after that fight, she was unlucky, spent all day in resentment and remorse, and was finally persuaded by her agent and boyfriend Desi (Adan Canto) to take part in a brutal underground fight. and attracted the attention of the fighting alliance organizers (Shamir Anderson), who promised to bring Jackie back to the octagonal cage. But when Manny (Danny Boyd, Jr.) shows up on her doorstep, she is destined to embark on a cold and warm road to redemption: Manny is her son and she gave up soon after she was born.
