The story takes place in 1989 on the outskirts of Stuttgart, Germany. At a time when the Berlin Wall was crumbling, Ray Eywood, a soldier at the Army's 37th supply Barracks, woke up from a long period of slavery in the army and turned his attention to the booming online black market.
