He intends to introduce a real criminal to be sentenced before the United States Congress, and every citizen is an escort. If the defendant is sentenced to death, Rockman will broadcast the execution book. In Florida, where atrocities and terrorist chauvinism are rampant, Governor Raffaello Degruttola, in order to portray himself as a victim of criminals in the coming election, agreed that Rockman would be a "citizen judge" in Tampa, and that money would be used for judgment. The protagonist of the first episode is Roy Scheider, who is suspected of rape and is nicknamed "Dolly". There is no doubt about Rick's guilty vote, but as the investigation begins, there is more and more evidence that he may be unworthy of it.
