The thriller City of Lies, starring Johnny Depp and Forrest Whitaker, has been withdrawn after a scheduled release in North America on Sept. 7. The film focuses on the shooting of legendary hip-hop musicians 2Pac and Notorious B.I.G, and Los Angeles Detective Russell, played by Depp, will seek the truth of the case.
