Originally, Zanke Gibbs' greatest wish was to have a car of his own. But his wonderful journey began when he stumbled upon a strange watch among his father's countless inventions and secretly took it for himself. Time seems to stand still under the action of a mysterious force in the world around it. Everyone is set at a fixed time. Soon, Zank discovered that the secret came from this watch, and he soon got the hang of manipulation. So he and his new friend, the smart and beautiful Francesca, felt the unfettered happiness in the still time and space. But it's not that simple. In this space that only belongs to them, it seems that there are other mysterious figures watching them quietly in the dark. Behind the scenes, "time Hacker" has been planned since 1998. The original idea was to make a light comedy with a theme similar to "Flubber" that made fun of scientific inventions.
