Hideji, an independent director who has made three films but has no chance to be shown, has long adhered to the goal of making a real art film. On the one hand, he complains about the current commercial system. On the other hand, he tries his best to make more people understand the beauty of the film. Unexpectedly, his brother, who had been supporting him for a long time, was killed because he borrowed a lot of money from his gang and was unable to repay it. The battered Xiu er must pay off his brother's debt within two weeks. In the end, he made a shocking decision that even the underworld was divided into gangsters: he took the toilet where his brother was killed as a stronghold and made money to pay his debts by being beaten.
