Emily serves as Derrieu (Audrey Tatu Audrey Tautou), an avant-garde young barber. Her mother, Maddie Dandrieu (Natalie Bey Nathalie Baye), who lives alone, suffers from depression. In order to make her mother happy and rekindle her confidence in life, Emily did everything she could to write a passionate love letter to her mother. The daughter's white lie is just to make her mother happy, but the man sandwiched between mother and daughter, Jean (Sammy Boyagira Sami Bouajila), is confused because of the wrong misunderstanding. Pierre Salvador's French comedy film "Beautiful Lies" co-stars the eerie Audrey Tatu, the graceful Natalie Bei and Sami Boyagira.
