Pippo (voiced by Sasaki Wang), a highly intelligent puppet pig affected by lightning, was elected mayor of the clockwork city. At this time, the ferocious criminal Xiong Hu Ghost Goro (voiced by Kenji Neihai) escaped into Nobita's room, inadvertently came to the Clockwork City through any door, and copied himself with the copying devices of the toys in an attempt to occupy the Clockwork City.
