Evan Landau (Larry Derrick) has always dreamed of becoming a doctor like his father. when he really became a doctor in a small town, his wife fell into a state of madness because of his wife's sudden and incurable heart disease. in order to save his wife, he began to experiment with a living heart transplant. as a result, a plan went wrong and sent him to a mental hospital, where he quietly carried out a horrible experiment of dissecting a living person and grabbing a heart. After prescribing a doctor's heart without an anesthetic, he escaped from the hospital and returned to town in an attempt to regain his broken dream of being a doctor.
