Evil Aliens (2005)

A pair of young men and women suddenly came to the wild bubble and aliens took them away. The man was stabbed in the eye and the woman was implanted with an alien baby and a tracker. That's the beginning of it. The sexy hostess of the alien show decided to grab the news and led the program team with the president of the British UFO Association (a fat man with glasses) to the remote island where the pregnant woman was located. In the evening, she entered a strange house full of goth's death furnishings, and then broke in with three weirdos. Only later did she know that this was the pregnant woman's house. The three strange men are her brothers who don't speak English (they speak Welsh and German). I won't repeat the story because there are too many selling points in the story.
