The powerful and stunt Roman Hearst (Brian Foster Bren Foster) is a fierce general under the command of the underworld eldest brother Alexander (Steven Seeger Steven Seagal). Alexander specially took over the entrustment of others and solved the traitors and opponents his client intended to remove by cruel and violent means. Unexpectedly, in a dangerous operation, he was misled to kill the wrong target, so he was brutally punished and kicked out. Hands have been crippled self-abandonment, living in a small restaurant to survive. A year later, Alexander partnered with the 60-party black gang led by the Iceman (Wenrems Ving Rhames). The Iceman was domineering and wanton expansion, triggering a series of fierce fights and threatening Alexander's business. At the call of Alexander, a resentful Hearst returned to the underworld battlefield.
