Frankenstein's Army (2013)

During World War II, Dimitri (Alexander Mercury), a graduate student at the Moscow Film Academy, was ordered by the great leader Comrade Stalin to follow the reconnaissance company led by Novikov (Robert Gwilym) to the front as a war photographer. His camera records the leisure moments of the soldiers and the fierce fighting on the battlefield, of course, there is also the evil and beast side of these soldiers who have lost their humanity in the baptism of war. In a cold season, the reconnaissance company received a call for help from team Xiong Hu 303, and Novikov led the team to the remote mining area where the other party was located. Unexpectedly, the scene there shocked all the people, and the local area was strewn with corpses and few people were inhabited, as if they had just experienced several fierce battles not long ago. And the sudden appearance of horrible zombies from time to time even threatens the safety of the reconnaissance company. What kind of tragedies have happened here?
