Former CIA agent Jack McCall (Matthew Mordeon Matthew Modine) is in charge of secretly training a chimpanzee named Clemens. They hope to train Clemens as a useful combat tool. However, the evil research director tortured Clemens in every way to achieve his goal. The chimpanzee has been waiting for a chance to escape from the lab. Finally, they find a place in the home of the boy Mike Dunn (Seth Adkins Seth Adkins). Soon, Mike became good friends with the magical chimpanzee. Mike and Jack take care of the clever Clemens and teach him karate and all kinds of Chinese kung fu. A series of amazing and funny adventure stories began, and all kinds of hilarious stories among the "trio" were even more hilarious.
