The reality of being abandoned by her husband Kathy (Jennifer Connery Jennifer Connelly) is hit hard, and every day, only under the anaesthesia of alcohol can she withstand the pain in her heart. Kathy became so depressed that she no longer cared about herself or what was going on around her, until one day she received notice from the local sheriff that her house was about to be put up for public auction for tax arrears. And Casey didn't know anything about it. Emile (Ben Kingsley Ben Kingsley) and his family become the new owners of Casey's house. When they are ready to move in with a bright vision for the future, there is an angry and neurotic crazy woman in front of them. A person in order to protect their own family, a person to protect their memories, when these two people stand on the opposite side, good and evil can no longer be clearly distinguished, only know that the tragedy is just around the corner.
