Human (2015)

There is a story behind everyone that can shake the heart. Yann Arthus-Bertrand, a famous French photographer, spent three years visiting 60 countries around the world, asking 2020 people of different colors, races and genders to tell their stories in front of the camera. From freedom fighters in Ukraine, farmers in Mali to death row prisoners in the United States, their stories are assembled into a documentary "HUMAN." In the documentary, the interviewees only stand on a pure black background to tell their stories in detail, without fancy editing or even repeating their identities. Each person's own experience is enough to shock the audience.
