Truck driver Huang Jiaju (Jackie Chan) went to the United States to congratulate Uncle Bill, who had emigrated to the United States, on his wedding, knowing that he planned to live a quiet life with his black wife after marriage, and that the supermarket, which had been run for many years, had also been sold to the young widow Elaine (Anita Mui).
