The Yamaguchi group of the "rogue apartment", the residential mansion of the kabuki town in Shinjuku, lives in a snail. After Ansheng Yoshio, the boss of the Ansheng group, disappeared with his mistress and 100 million yen in cash, gangsters were killed every day in the rogue apartment. Outsiders have concluded that this is the work of the legendary killer "Ichi". The leader of the martial arts faction, Yuan Yuan (Zhongxin Asano), then began to frantically look for the murderer. Gagihara was an extreme masochist who regarded the abusive boss as his own god and was infatuated with and worshipped him. Yakuhara mistakenly believed in retired jianghu old ghost uncle, robbed the leader of a rival gang, tortured him to extract a confession, caused a storm, and made Ansheng's team lose its footing. The eldest mistress Karen (acted the role of Sun Jiajun) is familiar with her uncle, in order to curry favor with Yoshihara.
