Idiots and Angels (2008)

The ruffian, who is fond of making trouble by nature, has grown a pair of wings and tried every means to pull it out, but the wings are like a beard, shaved and born endlessly. Then, the wings control the riffraff, not only how good he does every day, but even the hero saves the United States, regardless of whether the riffraff really wants to be a good person or not. Until one day, the strange doctor killed the riffraff with the bar owner, dug out his wings and transplanted them to himself. But the wings sang a different tune and moved capriciously. There is no dialogue in this film.
