In May 1941, in a fierce air-to-air battle off the coast of Crete, the Tolin, a destroyer of the Royal Navy, was completed and put into service. in May 1941, all the officers and men of the Tolin fought a bloody battle and shot down a number of aircraft. but the Tolin was unfortunately shot and caught fire. Captain Logins gave the officers and men the order to jump into the sea and leave the ship. Around a semi-sunken raft at sea, a group of surviving officers and sailors gathered, including Captain Lomus, Sergeant Walter Hardy and recruit Shawty Blake, and the survivors could not help thinking about their past combat life and their loved ones and families. Although their life experiences are different, warships play an important role in their lives. After a period of drifting, the survivors were finally rescued by a British ship. Of the more than 240 officers and men on board, only 19 survived and soon got in touch with their families, while Blake got the news that Hardy's wife and mother were both killed in an air raid. The remaining soldiers added to other warships.
