Jazireh ahani (2005)

This is a very interesting Iranian film. A group of people in distress live on an abandoned cruise ship, like a surreal world. The crowd is managed by the so-called "captain", like a microcosm of a country. There are many small details that make people laugh, such as using bullets as chalk, fantasy and a sense of life. The production cost of this film is really very small, and the whole story is unfolded in a broken ship that is about to sink. An allegorical story is absurd, but it is really terrible. At the end of the film, in a barren land, the captain excitedly instructs everyone that there will be a beautiful park and a brand-new school, and you will only feel relieved. Really, just relieved, even the mood of ridicule can not be mentioned, let alone to hate. The ship lived a life of sleeping together, with books to read and things to do, but the price behind it was to break up the ship and sell it for money.
