Shiro Shimizu (Tian Zhi Mao), a student of Buddhist University, and Yukiko Mishima, the daughter of Professor Yakuhiko Nakamura, fall in love with each other and have reached the stage of talking about marriage. But Shimizu has recently been disturbed and entangled by his classmate Tamura (Yaoichi Numa), who is like the devil from hell, repeatedly trying to magnify the dark side of Shimizu's soul. On the way home one night, Shimizu ran over a drunken man, who decided to turn himself in with guilt, but indirectly killed Yukoko, whose mother, Fumi (Fumiko Takata), was also deranged. A series of blows made Shimizu unbearable, and he fled back to his parents' home to take care of the nursing home "Heavenly Garden" with his father. At the celebration of the 10th anniversary of the "Heavenly Garden", all the guests and friends here were poisoned to death. The soul of Shimizu came to Yin Cao and saw the scariest sight of hell.
