Kingdom of Plants 3D (2012)

3D technology reveals a whole new dimension in plant life, from the most bizarre and most beautiful. In this sensational series, filmed for more than a year, David Attenborough explores their fascinating world. 3D macrophotography uses 3D time lapse and pioneering techniques, and he began to trace its nature from their land today, revealing new revelations along the way. He walks to them from our time scale, revealing the true colors of plants, which are every bit dynamic and active as animals. David found that this is a microscopic world invisible to the naked eye, where insect feed and varieties, floral fluorescence and plants communicate with each other with animals using smells and sounds. He met with extraordinary animals and fungi that had an unbreakable relationship with the plant world, from diamondback moths and bats to tiny arrow poison frogs.
