Kriegerin (2011)

20-year-old Marissa (Elena Lessing Alina Levshin) is a cynical, maverick German girl who usually gets together with a group of neo-Nazi buddies and hates all aliens, foreigners, police and even those who don't like them. A dilapidated family makes it difficult for her to feel warm, while groups full of sex, violence and alcohol give her a strong sense of belonging. However, in the repeated contact of the teenager Russo (Sayed Ahmad) from Afghanistan, Marissa's angry heart quietly changed. At the same time, the 14-year-old Sven Jia (Jera Hayes Jella Haase) enters a rebellious period, trying to change from a good girl to a personality girl who challenges all taboos. She joins Marissa's group and goes through the most important transformation of her life with her cool predecessor. The film won Best Director and Best Young Actor Award (Jella Haase) at the 2011 Bavarian Film Festival, Best Actress Award (Alina Levshin) and Best Screenplay Award at the 2012 German Film Festival.
