15-year-old Juan (Brandon L ó pez), Sara (Karen Mart í nez) and Samuel (Carlos Chajon) fled Guatemala and tried to travel to the United States. As they travel through Mexico, they meet Chauk (Rodolfo Dominguez), an Indian who doesn't speak a word of Spanish. These teenagers dream of a better life on the other side of the Mexican border, but they soon find out that this is not the case.
