La rabia (2008)

In a village called Rabia in rural Argentina, Bodo, a middle-aged man, often quarrels with his neighbor Pickon over trifles. Although the adults are at odds with each other, the children are in harmony. Bodo's silent daughter Nadi (Nazarena Duarte) and Pickon's son Ladido (Gonzalo P é rez) are a pair of close playmates, and the conflicts between the fathers can't affect the friendship between the two children. And Bodo's wife had an affair with Pickon, all of which made Nadine, who was silent, look quietly in her eyes. At a party, Pickon's careless words were lively and Bodo, and their contradiction escalated again. The film won the Best Director Award at the 2008 Havana Film Festival and the FIPRESCI Award at the 2008 Romanian Transilvania International Film Festival.
