Based on real events, this film is another social realistic work written by Ken Lodge, who is famous for paying attention to the life at the bottom. Single mother Maggie (Crissy Rock), who can't stand similar domestic violence, leaves four men and struggles to raise the children they leave behind. Once, because of the mother's negligence, the children who were left alone at home were injured in the fire. After investigation, the community organization determined that Maggie was an "unqualified" mother, and decided that the community was responsible for taking care of the four children. During this period, the angry Maggie met a Paraguayan foreign man who adored her, and the two were looking forward to rebuilding a happy family. So, for the sake of custody of the children, they negotiated and struggled with community managers together. Crissy Rock, who played mother Maggie, won the Best Actress Award at the Berlin Film Festival for her superb performance of the film.
