The story takes place in Egypt 5000 years ago. Pharaoh Khufu (Jack Hawkins Jack Hawkins) makes a series of victories, bringing back a large number of gold and silver treasures and prisoners of war. Fantasizing about the immortality of the Pharaoh, the Pharaoh ordered an architect named Vashita (James Robertson Justi James Robertson Justice) to build pyramids for him. An agreement was reached between Washita and Khufu to release prisoners of war in batches according to the advance of the pyramid project. The construction of the pyramid goes on in an orderly way, but just as the project is nearing completion, the ambitious Princess Nerif (Joan Collins Joan Collins) assassinates Khufu and Queen Naira (Krima Kerima). Hama, the royal priest (played by Alex Minotis Alex Minotis), kept Khufu's promise at the last minute and released Vashita and his people.
