Last Dance (1996)

Cindy (Sharon Stone Sharon Stone) is a murderer whose death sentence is about to be executed in 30 days. Rigg (Rob Morrow Rob Morrow), a new member of the amnesty team, starts to investigate Cindy's case, hoping to find something that will save Cindy from death. The man Cindy was accused of killing was the son of a good friend of the current governor, and with the deepening of the investigation, Rigg gradually discovered that there was something else in the case. Soon, Rigg's investigation was thwarted, which gave Rigg all the more reason to believe that Cindy was innocent. But Cindy's attitude is very tough, does not cooperate with Rigg's work, Rigg is struggling on his own.
