Leaving Las Vegas (1995)

Ben (Nicholas Cage Nicolas Cage) is an impoverished screenwriter who drinks all day long and is fired from the company. frustrated, he sells all his possessions and goes to Las Vegas to start his chronic suicide plan. He plans to drink to death within a few weeks. In bizarre Las Vegas, he meets a prostitute Sarah (Elizabeth Sue Elisabeth Shue) when he is drunk. Sarah lived the same unfortunate life: her freedom was controlled by pimps and repeatedly failed to escape. Ben and Sarah spent the night together, and that night they talked to each other, and we were both miserable people at the end of the world. The two soon moved in together, but Sarah didn't stop Ben from drinking. Ben became more and more addicted to his world until one day she was lying in Sarah's bed with another woman. Sarah was furious and kicked Ben out of the house. Ben was dying under the torture of alcohol. He called Sarah to see if he could bring life and feelings back to life.
