This paper describes the touching process of famous doctor Dennis Shi's research on a new type of breast cancer treatment & quot; cancer-quot; (Herceptin). HER-2 is a growth factor receptor on the cell, which can accept rest and accelerate the growth and division of the cell. It is generally believed that a large increase in HER-2 may enhance the reproductive ability of cancer cells. Shi Shimen has developed a new anti-HER-2 antibody at Genentech, which is a humanized anti-HER-2 mono-strain antibody, designated as Ai'ai Ping. From June 1995 to March 1997,469 cases of metastatic breast cancer highly expressed by HER-2 were collected to evaluate the efficacy of chemotherapy and chemotherapy.
