The film depicts an American businessman ordered by the company to come to the Manchurian coast to negotiate the acquisition of land for the construction of an oil factory. The local cultural relics and the daily life of the residents are out of harmony with the people of his city, which makes him feel bored. Unexpectedly, the president of the company changed his mind after visiting the town and wanted to open an astronomical college in Dangdang.
