The story takes place in Boulder, Colorado. Payson (Ayla Cole Ayla Kell), Lauren (Cassie Sabo Cassie Scerbo) and Kelly (Nicole Gail Anderson Nicole Gale Anderson) are three seeded players in the Rock Gymnastics Gymnasium, which sends a lot of rising star players to the gymnastics world, and these three girls are the best in the team and are likely to qualify for Nationals. However, when a new member named Emily (Chelsea Handler Chelsea Hobbs) joined their training team, everything changed. Emily conquered coach Marty (Eric Paladino Erik Palladino) in a very short time and became his proudest student, seriously threatening the status of Payson and others. In the face of such a dark horse, how will the three girls respond?
