Miss Malp (Joan Hickson Joan Hickson), an old friend of Miss Elspeth (David Horovic David Horovitch), finds that there may have been a murder on the train that passed him one day. Because the police did not find the body, they did not believe the witness's testimony very much. Miss Malp and Elspeth decided to investigate the truth of the case alone and eventually targeted the most likely dump site, the estate of millionaire Luther. Miss Malp's niece Lucy concealed her true identity and was recruited as a servant to the manor to find out the whereabouts of the body, but soon the case was much more complicated than they had thought.
