The movie version of "Mobile Warriors up to F91" was released on March 16, 1991, and the film depicts the story of the "Bankado unrest in Klose State" (Crossbone Vanguard) from March 16 to March 30, 0123. On March 16, U.C.0123, the colonial satellite FRONTIER SIDE was attacked by mysterious MS forces calling themselves C.V (Vanguard of death), killing more than 500 residents of FRONTIER Ⅳ and sheltering 140000 people. Among the people who sought refuge were the children of Dr. Meringano, one of the developers of GUNDAM F91, Sibton and Lishi, and the second daughter of the Rona family, Bella Rona, also known as Cecilia Filzi. The Rona family was the leader of C.V, advocating aristocracy and wanting to unify the colonial satellite and establish the hanging Garden of Babylon in the universe. Cecilia's mother, Nadia, was dissatisfied with the shackles of the family and eloped with a servant named Seo Felzi. when she discovered his despicable personality, she left her daughter missing. When Sibton and others came to the dock and boarded under the leadership of his father, Rosniano.
