The Mohawk, intended as a historical drama, took place near the end of the second War of Independence in 1812, but with the original sin unfolding in the United States, the resulting mystery and horror made the film really creepy. Ted Geoghegan (We are still here), as the film's director and co-writer, tells the story of two Mohawk tribes (Justin Rehn and Carnegie Horne) and their companion, a British soldier (Eamon Fallon), who is mercilessly chased by a group of American soldiers in the tribal forest.
