Othello (Orson Wells Orson Welles) was born tall and mighty, is a fierce general. One day, he met the elder's daughter Desdemona (Suzanne Cloutier), and the two fell in love at first sight. However, due to the huge age gap, their love was strongly opposed by everyone, and the marriage was a long way off, so the two people who loved each other decided to make a private decision for life. The insidious and cunning Iago (Miche á l MacLiamm ó ir) regards the booming Othello as an eyesore and tries to get rid of it. After the failure of the plot to snitch to the patriarch, Iago begins to sow discord between Othello and Desdemona. He forges the pledge between lieutenant general Cassio (Michael Laurence) and Desdemona to make Othello believe it. The angry Othello strangled Desdemona, but later learned the truth of the whole incident, grief and remorse, Othello chose to die.
