Ned (Paul Luther Paul Rudd) is a "farmer" living in a city. One day, he sold some drugs to a policeman out of sympathy in the market, but the police arrested him for drug trafficking. So Ned's girlfriend kicked him out of the house, and Ned had no choice but to turn to his sisters. He has three sisters, Miranda (Elizabeth Banks Elizabeth Banks) is a journalist looking for fame; Natalie (Zoe Deschanel Zooey Deschanel) is a bisexual who disputes with her homosexual Cindy (Rushda Jones Rashida Jones); and Liz (Emily Mortimer Emily Mortimer) marries a documentary director and their marriage is in jeopardy. No matter which sister Ned lives in, he will inevitably have conflicts with them. What is more troublesome is that there are a lot of troubles in the lives of the three sisters themselves. In the end, Ned was in danger of being homeless. What should Ned do to save his life?
