On November 13, 1990, a disaster suddenly struck the seaside town of Alamona on the border of New Zealand. The reclusive, silent man David Gary (Matthew Sunderland) is called a "lonely weirdo" by the townspeople. One day he gets into an argument with his neighbor, and the irritated Gary shoots the neighbor. Then dressed up and armed with a semi-automatic rifle, he carried out a bloody massacre against peace-loving and unarmed people in the town where his ancestors had lived for generations. After hearing the news, the emergency response unit immediately rushed to the scene to round up the madman Gary. Twenty-four hours later, 13 innocent people died. This film is based on real events.
