Middle-aged doctor Julian (Jose Vaquis) and childhood friend Pablo (Alfredo Mayo) are reunited, get to know Pablo's new wife Elena (Xheladin Chaplin), and fall in love with her uncontrollably. After many temptations, Elena flatly refused Julian's confession. The frustrated Julian cajoled the nurse Anna (Xheladin Chaplin) and dressed her up like Elena. In the end, Julian still could not bear the fact that his beloved was with his friends, which simply ended the lives of Elena and Pablo.
