The female mayor of a certain city had a whim and ordered that young people of the right age could apply for the police academy regardless of their educational background, work experience, etc. For a while, Spanish-accented playboy George, ventriloquist Jovi, cowardly fat Barbara, Thompson (Kim Caitrol Kim Cattrall) who doesn't like red clothes and arms, and Mahani (Steve Guttenberg Steve Guttenberg), a troublemaker who was forced into the police academy by his father's friend Captain Reed, flocked to the police academy. At the same time, the police academy was saddened by the loss of strict tradition, and Principal Lassard ordered two instructors, Harry and Callahan, to train the cadets strictly for the next 14 weeks. This class of cadets with different backgrounds are by no means fuel-saving lamps, ranging from weapon addicts to lovers who wear makeup into women's bed every night. Lieutenant Harry chose two of them as monitor from the cadets to cooperate with his iron-blooded education. however, none of this can stop Mahani's prank who is determined to be dismissed.
