When World War II broke out in 1939, in order to crack down on British trade routes, the German Imperial War Navy sent three German-class pocket battleships to the Atlantic Ocean in August before the war broke out. German-class ships can escape faster than British battleships, and German-class armor and firepower are more powerful than British cruisers. The Admiral Spee, the most advanced of the German class, was active on allied routes in the Indian and Atlantic oceans from August to November 1939. Since Britain's only three battle cruisers needed to be deployed at home to keep a close eye on the German Shanjos, the task of hunting the German class could only be left to the cruisers. On December 13, 1939, the light cruisers "Ajax", "Achilles" and the heavy cruisers "Exeter" found "count Spee" at the mouth of the La Plata River in South America. After a pursuit, "count Spee" ran out of ammunition and hid in the port of Montevideo in the neutral country of Uruguay. The Uruguayan government tried its best to avoid getting involved in the war, leaving only 72 hours for the Earl of Spee. What will happen to her and her crew?
