Recoil (2011)

In a remote town far from the metropolis lies a small town called Hope, but it is a desperate purgatory. Derek (Danny Danny Trejo) leads the rioter "The Circle" to kill members of Congress, dominate the town, drug trafficking, rape, torture, arson, and so on. The local police officers were powerless, so they had to collude with the retribution party and become their accomplices. Knowing that one day, everything will change. Powerful bald man Ryan Werritt (Steve Austin Steve Austin) comes to Hope. He didn't hang around much, but challenged Derek directly. Derek's brother was killed in the fire and the truck carrying drugs was blown up into the sky. Ryan, burdened with hatred, took revenge on the vengeful retribution party in an uncompromising way.
