A year ago, Texas girl Nicole Carlo (Jamie Alexander Jaimie Alexander) and boyfriend Jesse Hills (Joey Mandicino Joey Mendicino) mysteriously disappeared on their way to Los Angeles and their whereabouts are still unknown. Jesse's brother Tom (Richard Tillman Richard Tillman) retires and returns to his hometown, where he is bent on finding his missing brother, so he makes an appointment with his girlfriend Marilyn (Jess Ward Jessie Ward) and good friend Gerrard (Graeme Norris Graham Norris), and the three of them drive a pickup truck to Los Angeles. At the hint of a gas station owner (Steven Rilsbek Steve Railsback), they drive to the old road where Nicole and Nicole are missing. By chance, the three separated, and the scary and mysterious yellow pickup truck reappeared, and they each experienced the most frightening and bizarre moments in their lives.
