Kanda Kotai (voiced by Sadaku Matsuoka), who was evicted from his residence for violating dormitory regulations, was forced to live in Sakura Village, an old dormitory known as the "problem student concentration camp", with his cat living in the street. Room 203 Aoyama Qihai (voiced by Makiko Nakatsu) is honored to be the most normal member of the whole cherry blossom village because of its stubborn character.
