Seven Days in Utopia (2011)

The protagonist of the film is Luke Chisamo, a young and talented golfer who is preparing to take part in his own professional tour. However, his performance in the game was not satisfactory, screwed up everything, and even made himself a laughingstock. To escape the pressure, he came to Utopia, Texas, where there is a golf course. He swung the ball here without distractions, and his level surprised himself. Here, he met Johnny Clive, a local farmer who the locals thought was a weirdo. But Luke doesn't think so. In his relationship with Johnny, Luke gradually learned how to look at his life and how to face his past and future. Behind the scenes, this film is adapted from David Cook's best-selling book, the Holy Spirit Journey to Golf: seven days on the Utopian course (Golf's Sacred Journey: Seven Days at the Links of Utopia). The Utopia here is not a utopia, but the name of a small town in Texas.
