Every year, thousands of novice chefs work without pay in the world's top restaurants, a tradition known as "Stage", which means internship. Elentria, Spain, has one of the top 10 restaurants in the world: Mugaritz. As many as 1500 people apply for an internship here every year, but only 30 chef apprentices can be selected. In the end, only 13 people were able to enter the R & D stage, proving that they were the elites of the elite. The film follows a group of interns from different backgrounds to the world's top restaurant to get a glimpse into the inner workings of the catering industry and how this group of Michelin apprentices climbed to the top of Michelin chefs at all costs.
