Roman (Danny Bourne Dany Boon) is a medical consultant. At the age of 40, he has no family, no lover, and even little experience of contact with women, simply because he is addicted to cleanliness and phobia. Dimitt (Cade Maillard Kad Merad) is Roman's only friend and a psychiatrist. He sees his friend's "illness" in his eyes and worries about it. In order to make Roman live a normal life, Dimitt designed a whole set of "treatment plan" for Roman. However, this series of transformation plans not only failed to get Roman back on track, but caused a lot of jokes and trouble. One day, a beautiful girl named Anna (Alice Bohr Alice Pol) appeared at Roman's side, which may be the only chance for Roman to get rid of being single, so can our Roman hold on to it tightly?
