He went to Ishikawa Prefecture, the origin of the country, to learn about the process of sake making and the intensive work of Tibetans (winemakers), and used images to capture rare and obscure images. In the summer, when leaving their hometown, they went to the fields to plant rice, harvest and select rice, steam rice to spread rice, knead rice balls, produce yeast, confirm the quality of distillers 'grains, filter and cool down, keep the temperature of distillers' grains, etc., despite the numerous and very hard processes, Tibetans will never compromise. Taking Sichuan sake by hand satisfies the stomach and heart of diners.
