The Call (2013)

Turner (Halle Berry Halle Berry is acted the role of) is a 911 report center operator, one day she received a phone call from a little girl, claiming that a stranger broke into the home, Turner immediately told her to hide, but then suddenly disconnected, Turner anxiously dialed back, only to expose the girl's hiding place, so that she was unfortunately killed by the intruder. From then on, Turner fell into an abyss of guilt and could no longer work as an operator. Six months later, Turner became an operator mentor.
