The Cut (2014)

The film begins with the quiet life of Nazareth, a blacksmith who lives in the small Turkish town of mardin, with a virtuous wife and lovely twin daughters. However, late one night, when the first World War broke out, the Turkish police knocked on the door and took him away from his home. After escaping a series of disasters such as drudgery, hunger and the Holocaust, he was finally free and learned that the two daughters were still alive, and the whole purpose of life from then on was to find them. Turkey to Lebanon, Cuba to the United States, Nazarite traveled across the ocean, met good people to help, but also evil and risks, and finally lived up to those who set their minds to it.
